In the heart of Pontiac, Michigan, Larry Wilson was born with a spirit as resilient as the city itself. Growing up, Larry split his time between Michigan and the sunny shores of Florida after his family moved to the Sunshine State in 1959. It was a dichotomy that would shape his perspective and lay the foundation for his future success.

Larry graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School in 1969, a milestone that marked the beginning of his journey into adulthood. Following high school, he continued his education at Hillsdale College, graduating in 1974 with a solid academic foundation that would serve him well in the years to come.

After spending his freshman year in Florida, Larry decided to take a year off, during which he returned to Michigan for college. It was during this time that Larry discovered his passion for the plumbing field and became a proud member of Plumbing Union Local 98. He pursued excellence in his chosen trade, eventually earning his master's in plumbing.

In 1983, armed with a wealth of knowledge and experience, Larry made the pivotal decision to return to the place he now called home – Florida. He passed the Florida Plumbing Masters exam in March of 1984, a significant milestone that marked the birth of L.M. Wilson Plumbing.

With just $3000 and a Ford Ranger, Larry began his one-man plumbing operation in Deerfield Beach. Larry's Plumbing quickly gained a reputation for quality work, thanks to his commitment to excellence and the personalized touch he brought to every job. Word of his expertise spread, and the demand for his services allowed him to expand his team.

By 2010, L.M. Wilson Plumbing had evolved from a one-man operation into a thriving business with 70 employees. The once-solitary Ford Ranger had been replaced by a fleet of service vehicles, symbolizing the growth and success of Larry's vision. However, Larry recognized the need to streamline operations, leading to a strategic decision in 2015 to focus on a tight-knit team of 30 skilled professionals.
